Hub City Scrub (“we”, “us”) provides commercial cleaning in Memphis, Shelby County and DeSoto County. This policy explains what information we collect on hubcityscrub.com and how we use it.
Information you give us
When you request a quote, book a walkthrough, call, text or email us, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, business name, email, phone number, address and a description of your space. We use them only to respond to your request, schedule a walkthrough and provide our services. We do not sell your information.
Walkthrough booking
Walkthroughs are booked through Cal.com, which receives the details you enter when booking and shares them with us. Cal.com’s own privacy policy applies to that service.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages are viewed and whether someone taps to call, text, book or request a quote. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like your device, browser, approximate location and pages visited. It does not tell us who you are. You can learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Keeping information secure
We keep the information you send us in secure systems with access limited to our team, and only for as long as we need it to serve you and meet our business and legal obligations.
