Essential keeps a facility clean, sanitary and presentable. Executive adds scheduled detail work for a consistently professional look. Signature adds broader coverage, a recurring detail rotation and stronger quality control. All three are customized after the walkthrough.
Is carpet extraction or strip and wax included?
Specialty work like carpet extraction, strip and wax, refinishing and ladder or lift high dusting is scoped and quoted separately, with a defined frequency and area, so your monthly price stays predictable.
How is pricing set?
Every quote is customized after a free walkthrough. We look at your square footage, rooms and fixtures, traffic, how often you need service and any extras, then send a written plan with a fixed monthly price. Square footage alone never sets the price.
Who supplies paper towels, toilet tissue and soap?
Consumables like toilet tissue, paper towels, hand soap and liners are furnished by the client unless we agree on a supply arrangement. Our crew restocks from your supply and reports anything running low so you are never caught empty.
