Scheduling
Post-construction cleans are one-time projects, often done in phases: a rough clean after trades finish and a final clean before move-in. Move-in and move-out cleans are scheduled around your dates.

Common questions
Can you clean in phases with the contractor schedule?
Yes. We commonly do a rough clean once the trades finish and a final clean right before move-in, timed to your contractor and inspection dates.
Do you haul away construction debris?
We clear and bag normal leftover debris. Large or bulk construction debris, like drywall and lumber, needs a dumpster or haul-off service that we can plan around.
How is a one-time clean priced?
After a walkthrough of the space, based on square footage, how much dust and debris is left and any special surfaces. You get a fixed price before we start.
